Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Plated Society?
The Plated Society is a modern supper club built around shared meals, thoughtful conversation, and gatherings designed to be savored. We curate experiences that prioritize presence, taste, and connection — both online and at the table.
Do I need to be a member to attend events?
Some gatherings are open, others are reserved for members. Membership offers proximity — early access, invitations, and insight — but is not mandatory to get a taste of what we offer.
What’s the difference between the Virtual Table, Tastemakers, and Dinner Club?
Each tier reflects a different way of gathering.
The Virtual Table is our online community. Tastemakers stay closely connected to tastings, happy hours, and what’s coming next. The Dinner Club is our curated series of intimate, in-person dinners. You choose what fits your rhythm.
Are events always in the same city?
We are currently based in Atlanta, but the goal is to start visiting other cities soon. We’ll determine the cities based on demographics from our Virtual Table, so if you want us in your city, be sure to sign up!
Is this more about food or community?
Both, intentionally. Food is the anchor, but community is what lingers. Every gathering is curated so the meal and the moment feel equally considered.
How do I get started?
You can join The Plated Society through Patreon, which serves as the home of our membership. It’s where members gather, connect with one another, and receive invitations, updates, and access to moments from inside the Society. Once you arrive, everything unfolds naturally from there.
What if I can’t attend events regularly?
That’s okay. The Plated Society isn’t about attendance quotas. Membership offers proximity — to conversation, culture, and invitations — whether you join us often or occasionally.
Do I have to be social or “network” at events?
No. There’s no expectation to perform, pitch, or circulate. Our gatherings are designed to feel natural and unforced — you’re free to engage at your own pace, whether that means deep conversation or simply enjoying the room.
What makes The Plated Society different from other supper clubs or social groups?
You tell us. Head to our upcoming events to join the next meet up.
